Darol D. Joseff, MD, FACP
Darol Joseff has been practicing medicine in Santa Barbara for more than 30 years. He has received multiple recognitions from the Santa Barbara Cottage Internal Medicine Residency program for excellence in teaching and has been awarded Teacher of the Year several times. Dr. Joseff has been a staple in Santa Barbara Medical Community and is an invaluable resource for the greater area.
He has authorship on multiple published medical papers and is author to the book Making Informed Medical Decisions. Dr. Joseff graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and completed his Nephrology Fellowship at Harbor UCLA Medical Center before returning to Santa Barbara to provide full care in the field of Nephrology for Santa Barbara county.

Andrew G. Ross, MD
Andrew Ross completed his Fellowship in Nephrology at UCI Medical Center in Orange County, California. He graduated from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey.
Along with providing full care in the field of Nephrology, his interests include early and advanced renal disease, dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, and hypertension. He is excited to be the newest Nephrology member to the Santa Barbara community and looks forward to providing excellent care for the area.

Patti Wicklund, FNP-BC, CCRN
Patti Wicklund is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and our newest member to Santa Barbara Nephrology. She graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1988 and completed advanced education and training from West Coast University in 2020. She has worked in the Santa Barbara community for more than 30 years, mostly in the Critical Care Unit at Cottage Hospital. She has also worked in home health, caring for patients in their homes and as a school nurse working with elementary students.
Patti joined SB Nephrology in July 2023 and works collaboratively with physicians and other providers in the community.
She is experienced with Renal Replacement Therapy in the critically ill patient and teaches other nurses to manage these and other critically ill patients. She is certified in several advanced competencies and brings this knowledge to the clinical environment.
She looks forward to providing excellent care to the patients of Santa Barbara Nephrology.
